Cancellations
Under the event a guest doesn't show up for their scheduled appointment or cancels with less than 24 hours notice, there will be a rebooking fee due in order to schedule a new appointment. This fee is at the discretion of the stylist and can be up to 50% of the missed appointment ticket price.
Contracts
For bridal and extensions services, a signed written agreement on expectations regarding the labor , responsibilities between the stylist and guests, and the proposed investment is necessary to protect all parties involved.
Refunds
There is a no-refund policy in affect for all services received by AB Beauty. If the guest is not satisfied with services received, the stylist will offer opportunity to fix the matter in question within a reasonable time-frame.
